Caliber had grown into one of the largest collision repair companies in the country, but the brand’s ambition was bigger than collision.
As the business expanded across collision repair, auto care, auto glass and advanced driver-assistance system calibration, Caliber needed one clear expression of who it was, what it believed and how all of its brands could work together.
We developed a comprehensive brand vision book that went beyond traditional guidelines, capturing the company’s values, voice, visual direction and belief system through leadership working sessions, teammate interviews and customer conversations. The result was a unified brand foundation built to guide everything from consumer marketing and recruiting to internal culture, service experiences and future growth.

To bring the new brand direction to life, we created a flexible photography library that captured the real people, craft and care behind Caliber.
The images were designed to work across every part of the brand, from consumer campaigns and recruiting to internal communications, social content, print and digital experiences.
