The opportunity to build something from the ground up is rare. I was lucky enough to help launch a new agency with some like-minded people and it was one of the most challenging and rewarding experiences of my life. Not only did I get to help with the fun stuff like IT, how to staff, company policies and agency positioning, but I was also able to create a model I believed in and a brand I’m proud of.
